Performance space
It also doubles as a performance space, hosting open mic nights, pub quizzes, Freshers' Week events and parties in conjunction with the Students' Union.
Social hub
Located in the centre of the building and always alive with chatter, the Café:Bar is your first port of call if you want to thrash out some ideas with friends, check upcoming concert listings on the café smart screen or just grab a Fair Trade coffee on the way to lectures.
Open late
The Café:Bar stays open into the evening so students working late can purchase snacks and drinks, while those living on campus can order from the take-away menu.
Make your mark
The Café:Bar management team are always looking for fresh ideas from students and welcome any ideas for events, new menu ideas or anything else that could be improved – just drop by the bar for a chat.
Rooftop Bar
With modern architecture and breathtaking panoramic views across the city, the Rooftop Bar is an additional space that is available for hire, as well as serving as the auditorium bar for The Venue.
