Biography

Louisa is a songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and self-producer working on the BA (Hons) Songwriting and BA (Hons) Popular Music pathways. 

Her tracks from multiple self-led artist projects across the years have been championed by publications such as: NOISEY, Vice Magazine, The Line of Best Fit and NME. Her work has also been broadcast on BBC Radio 1, 2, and BBC 6 Music.

Louisa has been awarded the ‘Women Make Music’ fund from the PRS Foundation for her cutting-edge artist projects.

In addition to this, she has a strong performance background. Touring the UK in her artist projects and at major UK Festivals and European Festivals alike.

Some of the artists she has performed with include Wolf Alice, Everything Everything, Michael Kiwanuka and Women’s Hour.

Louisa has also worked as a top-line specialist for other artists across a diverse range of styles, plus, has performed as a session guitarist for other artists too.
