Leeds Conservatoire is celebrating the second release of student and graduate produced music, via its production music label Quarry Music, plus associated commercial and professional placements.

The Contemporary Pop Choir has been chosen as a finalist for this year’s How Sweet The Sound competition and will be competing in the Large Choirs category against renowned choirs from Denmark, Italy and the UK.

The four-piece band, who formed at Leeds Conservatoire, are the first act from outside London to win the Mercury Prize in a decade.
