Friends

The aims of Friends Association is:

- To assist and support the College with its provision of musical education in areas for which public funding is not readily available, i.e. the provision of annual scholarships, prizes and study bursaries.

- To serve as a link between the College and the wider community, including former Leeds College of Music students.

- To assist in the promotion of College concerts and events.

- To assist with the fundraising aims of the College.

- To assist with the provision of external performing opportunities for students.

Friends Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in the College, including staff, governors, part-time students, parents and relatives of students, and music loving members of the public.

- Free and discounted tickets for selected concerts and events
- Invitations to workshops and masterclasses not open to the public

- Copy of Connected, the Connections newsletter
- Reading rights in the College library
